Juggling

ABOUT

Juggling, different numbers of objects at the same time with one or more hands is the ability to manipulate. There are three different styles of juggling, these styles are used separately or in combination. on the world in many sports in order to benefit the development of athletes while doing juggling exercises. For Children's development is taught from kindergarten and of great importance it is a personal development tool. Depending on how we benefit; Art, Sport or Meditation we can call it.

ABOUT EDUCATION

While this training is based on ball juggling, it is supplemented with other juggling materials such as pins, rings and diabolo. Since each object has a unique form and movement, these objects are introduced in the first week and short studies are made on them. Concentrating on ball juggling as of the second week, through exercises and games adhering to technical juggling rules; siteswap (language/mathematics of juggling), body shooting/holding, searching for new movements and improvisation. On the basis of the studies, the participants; attention, concentration, focus, etc. It is aimed to develop psychomotor skills such as balance, reflex, speed and timing by helping him concentrate on his thinking abilities and to liberate himself in the areas of movement.

SINGLE WHEEL (UNICYCLE)

 About Single Wheel 

This vehicle, consisting of pedals attached to a single bicycle wheel and a seat on the wheel, was invented in the late 1800s. In addition to being a classic circus discipline, it is encountered in various disciplines and competitions such as mountain, long road, street, freestyle, obstacle race, basketball and hockey.

 

 About Education 

The training starts with floor warm-ups, balance/coordination and descending/falling exercises. In the first weeks, climbing on a single wheel with support from somewhere, balancing on it, moving with small movements, climbing on without support, going forward / backward and turning movements in the following weeks, in advanced levels, jumping, jumping over an obstacle, climbing stairs, etc. includes technical studies. In addition, techniques are transferred according to the person and need.
