EROL YILMAZ, Erol Yılmaz(EY) and/or Erol Yılmaz Akademi applications from www.erolyilmaz.net and/or Erol Yılmaz(EY) and/or Erol Yılmaz Akademi(EYA) applications on mobile devices, smart televisions and similar devices. (EYA) offers a subscription service that makes use of paid written content, video and similar content services.

These Terms of Use set the rules for your use of our service. Within the scope of these Terms of Use, "Erol Yılmaz(EY) and/or Erol Yılmaz Academy service", "our service" or "service" refers to services including all content and software related to our service.

In all subsequent articles, It will be referred to as 'Erol Yılmaz' (EY) and 'Erol Yılmaz Academy' (EYA).

1. Subscription 

1.1. Your EY and/or EYA subscription continues until terminated. In order to use EY and/or EYA service, you must have Internet access and a device that supports the EY and/or EYA application and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means an existing, valid, recognized payment method, which you may update from time to time and which may include payment through your account through a third party. Unless you cancel your subscription before the billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing period through your chosen Payment Method (see "Cancellation of Subscription"). 

1.2. We may offer several different subscription models, including special promotional models or subscriptions offered by third parties in conjunction with their products or services. EY and/or EYA cannot be held responsible for products or services offered by such third parties. Some subscription models may have different terms and limitations that will be disclosed at the time you sign up for the service or in other communications made available to you. You can access information about your EY and/or EYA subscription via the "My Account" link by visiting the EY and/or EYA website or application.

2. Free Trials 

2.1. You can start your EY and/or EYA subscription with a free trial. The free trial period of your subscription will be specified when signing up, and the free trial period is designed for new subscribers and certain legacy subscribers to try the service. 

2.2. Free trial criteria are determined at EY and/or EYA's sole discretion, and the free trial entitlement or duration may be limited by us to prevent abuse. We reserve the right to cancel your free trial and freeze your account if it is determined that you do not meet the criteria. If another member of the same household has a subscription or has been a subscriber of EY and/or EYA until recently, the relevant persons will not be entitled to a free trial. Information such as device ID, payment method, or account email address used for an existing or new EY and/or EYA subscription may be used to determine eligibility. Restrictions may be imposed if used with other deals or discounts. 

2.3. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, at the end of the free trial period, the subscription fee for the next billing period will be charged on the Payment Method you have chosen. You can view the subscription fee on the “Account” page and the expiry date of your free trial period on the content pages in the application.

3. Billing and Subscription Cancellation 

3.1. Billing Periods: Subscription fee of EY and/or EYA service and all other expenses such as taxes and possible transaction fees that may arise due to your use of the service will be collected through the Payment Method you choose on the specific billing date specified on your "Account" page. The length of your billing period will depend on the subscription type you choose when signing up for the service. In cases where your Payment Method cannot be approved or your paid subscription starts on a day not included in that month, your payment date may change. We may confirm your Payment Method for subscription or service-related charges in a variety of ways, including allowing you to receive service for up to approximately one week from the time you open an account. In some cases, your available balance or credit limit may decrease to reflect that we allow you to use our services during your free trial period. 

3.2. Updating Your Payment Information: You can update your Payment Information on the "Account" page. After any update, you authorize us to continue charging the applicable Payment Information. 

3.3. Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your EY and/or EYA subscription at any time and continue to benefit from EY and/or EYA service until the end of your billing period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or payments for incomplete subscription periods or unconsumed EY and/or EYA content. To cancel your subscription, go to the "Account" page and follow the instructions for canceling. If you cancel your subscription, your account will be automatically closed at the end of your current billing period. If you used a third party (iTunes) as a Payment Method while subscribing to EY and/or EYA with your account and you wish to cancel your subscription to EY and/or EYA, you may need to do so through that third party. You can also find billing information for your EY and/or EYA subscription by visiting your relevant third-party account. 

3.4. Fee and Subscription Model Changes: We may change our subscription model and price for our service from time to time, but any fee changes or changes to your subscription plans will be effective for billing periods following notification to you of such change(s).

4. EY and/or EYA Service 

4.1. To subscribe to the EY and/or EYA service, you must be over the age of 13. 

4.2. EY and/or EYA service and any content consumed through the service is for your personal and non-commercial use only, and cannot be shared with third parties. During your subscription to EY and/or EYA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access EY and/or EYA service and view EY and/or EYA content. Except as stated above, no right, title or interest will be transferred to you. You agree not to use the Service for public transactions. 

4.3. You agree to use EY and/or the EYA service, along with all features and functionality associated with the service, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations or other restrictions on the use of such service or content. You will not store, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, process, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, content or information stored in EY and/or EYA service or obtained from EY and/or EYA service and through EY and/or EYA service. or not (unless specifically permitted in the Terms of Use). Moreover; not to circumvent, remove, modify, disable, degrade or disrupt any of the content protections within EY and/or the EYA service; not to use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access EY and/or EYA service; decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through EY and/or the EYA service; not to embed or in any way manipulate the content of EY and/or the EYA service; You agree not to use any method of data mining, data collection or extraction. In addition, any software or hardware associated with EY and/or the EYA service, including any software virus or any other computer code, files or programs, or any software designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of telecommunications equipment. You agree not to upload, post, email or otherwise transmit or transmit any material. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or use the service illegally or fraudulently. 

4.4. EY and/or EYA software has been developed by or for EY and/or EYA and is designed for viewing EY and/or EYA content via devices that support EY and/or EYA. This software may vary depending on the device and usage environment; functions and features may vary from device to device. You acknowledge that use of third-party software subject to third-party licenses may be required to use the Service. You agree that you may automatically obtain updated versions of EY and/or EYA and related third party software.

5. Passwords and Account Access

The subscriber who created the EY and/or EYA account and paid through the Payment Method chosen by the service fee ("Account Holder") has access and control over the EY and/or EYA account and the devices that support EY and/or EYA used to access our service; and Responsible for all transactions realized through EY and/or EYA account. In order to maintain control of the account and prevent others from accessing the account (in such a case, the account's watch history will be informed of this). Do not share details with anyone. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information you provide to us regarding your account and to update the information as necessary. To protect you, EY and/or EYA or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity, we may terminate or suspend your account.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

EY and/or EYA service is provided "as is" and without commitment or condition. Specifically, our service cannot be uninterrupted or error-free. You waive all special, indirect or consequential damages to us. These terms do not limit any warranties that cannot be waived or the consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

7. Class Action Waiver

IF APPLICABLE TO YOU UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, YOU MAY FIND A REQUEST AGAINST EACH INDIVIDUAL ONLY AND ANY COLLECTIVE OR DELEGATED APPLICATION APPLICABLE TO THE DISCUSSION. In addition, where applicable under the relevant laws, unless otherwise agreed by EY and/or EYA and you, the court may not combine the request of more than one person with your request and cannot judge any class action in this regard.

8. Miscellaneous Provisions 

8.1. Applicable Law: These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Turkey and may also be interpreted within the scope of the laws of Turkey. 

8.2. Customer Support Team: If you want to learn more about our service and its capabilities, or need help with your account, please visit the Support Center on our website or apps. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the information provided by the Customer Support Team or in other parts of our website, these Terms of Use shall prevail. 

8.3. Sustainability: If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use are declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 

8.4. Changes and Transfer of Terms of Use: EY and/or EYA may change these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days before such changes take effect for you. We may assign or transfer our agreement with you, including our related rights and obligations, to another party at any time, and you agree to cooperate with us in connection with such transfer or assignment. 

8.5. Electronic Communications: Information about your account (payment permissions, invoices, password or Payment Method changes, confirmation messages, notifications, etc.) will only be transmitted to you in electronic format.
